FNBO Benefits Information:
FNBO provides a supportive environment to enable breastfeeding mothers to express milk during work hours.
For lactation suite access or any questions regarding lactation benefits/family support, please contact HR Solution One via email at hrsolutionone@fnni.com or by phone at 402-602-3777.
What lactation benefits are available to you?
-
Milk Expression Breaks: Breastfeeding mothers are allowed to breastfeed or express milk during work hours. See additional information in the time worked section of the Employee Handbook.
-
A Place to Express Milk: A private space will be available for mothers to breastfeed or express milk. FNBO has both permanent and temporary space as needed available for mothers. Access to permanent locations is granted one year from the return to work date. Not all FNBO locations have permanent lactation suites. If your work location does not have a permanent lactation suite, FNBO will create a temporary space to accommodate your request.
-
Breastfeeding Equipment: FNBO provides hospital-grade pumps in permanent lactation suites. To use hospital-grade pumps, each individual must have their own kit that can be requested through Nurture Omaha. The cost of the kit is covered by FNBO, in addition to a personal use breast pump covered by the FNBO health plan.*
-
Personal Use Breast Pump: Employees and their partners who are covered by the FNBO Group Health Plan are able to receive a standard breast pump*.
-
The Bank has partnered with Nurture Omaha to provide superior service to our employees. If you request a breast pump and/or kit through Nurture Omaha, they may be able to deliver it to you at home or work, and even teach you how to use the pump.

*Note: If you do not carry your insurance through FNBO, you can still request a kit and breast pump through Nurture Omaha. They are in-network for many Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna and Midlands Choice insurance plans. Each plan is different on what is covered, but Nurture Omaha can look up your plan and help you understand what is covered.
Additionally, as a FNBO employee, you and your partner have access to lactation consultants, education classes and a support group called Moms Connection. To speak with the bank's IBCLC Lactation Consultants or sign up for education classes, you can contact Nurture Omaha directly any time before or after your child arrives. Explore the benefits here.
